Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to paid Pulse Fitness plans purchased through our app or website. They are part of, and supplement, our Terms of Use.

1. Plans

Pulse offers monthly and annual subscriptions that unlock premium workouts, nutrition plans, mindset content, and progress tracking features. Specific pricing is shown at checkout in your local currency.

2. Free Trials

We may offer a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged the listed price. Only one free trial per user is permitted.

3. Billing and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, until cancelled. Your payment method will be charged within 24 hours of the renewal date.

4. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices. Any price change will take effect at your next renewal cycle and will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel before the change takes effect to avoid the new price.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting support@pulsefitness.live. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to premium features through the end of your current billing period.

6. Refunds

Refunds for subscriptions are governed by our Money-back Policy. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by the platform's refund policy.

7. Account Sharing

Subscriptions are for individual use. Sharing accounts or login credentials is not permitted and may result in suspension.

8. Taxes

Listed prices may exclude applicable taxes (e.g. VAT, sales tax). Any such taxes will be added at checkout in accordance with your location.
